Ingredients

Fish fillets (cod, snapper, sole, rock) Salt & pepper Old Bay seasoning Paprika Lemon or lime juice Oil

Instructions

Marinade fish for an hour or more.
Put in single layer on baking sheet.
Bake at 400* for 10-15 minutes

Serve with super size corn tortillas, homemade coleslaw, avocado, chips, quest fresco, pico de gallo, cilantro

Sauce:
1 cup yogurt
2/3 cup mayo
Lime, juiced
Garlic to taste, dash salt
Sriracha to taste
Minced jalepeno
