Perfect Hard Boiled Eggs by

Instructions
1. Get a saucepan that can hold 6 eggs. Set eggs in the empty saucepan. Set the lid to the side for now.
2. Fill the sauce pan with cold water about 1 in. higher than the height of the eggs.
3. Turn the burner on to high/med and bring the pot to a boil.
Once boiling, turn the burner to simmer, put a lid on the pot and set a 14 min. Timer.
4. Once the timer is up, put the eggs in an ice bath for 5 mins. Peel and enjoy.
5. Best way to serve: Sliced in half, topped with salt and pepper
