
Racuchy (Polish cakes with apple on pan) by
Tastes best in two versions:
1. Fresh
2. Sprinkled with normal sugar and left for 1 day. The sugar transforms then into a glaze thus making racuchy taste like pączki without filling.

Ingredients
For 2 servings:
- flour: 250 g
- fresh yeast: 20 g
- milk: 125 ml
- hot water: 125 ml
- sugar: 4 tsp (heaped)
- apple (optional): 1 medium
- oil for frying
- powdered sugar or sugar
Instructions
1. Grind sugar with yeast, 3 tbsp milk and 2 tbsp flour. Let it grow.
2. Peel apple and cut it into slices. Put it away for later.
2. Mix all ingredients.
3. Cover it with cloth and let it grow for 15 minutes.
4. Fry it in oil: use spoon to place dough on the pan. Put apple slices on top of each cake. When the bottom is golden brown, turn it over.
