150g onions, diced fine
1 tablespoon EVOO
455g ground turkey
1 tablespoon minced garlic
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
2 tablespoons tamari/soy sauce/Worcestershire sauce
2 tablespoons ketchup
945ml water/broth
455g pasta
300g strong cheddar cheese, shredded
120ml milk
salt & pepper
Instructions
After sautéing onions until caramelized remove, add turkey and brown; then add garlic, salt, pepper, tamari and ketchup. Cook for one more minute.
Add water, noodles, and cook for 20 minutes until noodles are tender.
Stir in cheese and milk, taste for salt and pepper and serve.
