Ingredients
For 2 Cups Dry Rice:
-1/4 cup rice vinegar
-2 tbsp sugar or honey
-1 tsp salt
-[Optional] Sesame oil, as much as desired, around 1-2 tsp
For 1 Cup Dry Rice:
-2 tbsp rice vinegar
-1 tbsp sugar or honey
-1/2 tsp salt
-[Optional] Sesame oil, as much as desired, around 1/2-1 tsp
Instructions
1. Just mix the stuff together and add it to the cooked rice
Extra tips:
-Don't overmix or roughly mix the rice or it'll get mushy
-Mixing the rice in a wooden or glass bowl is supposed to be better for some reason
-Leaving rice in the fridge overnight will turn the rice into a 'resistant starch' which is good for your body for some reason
