You can also steam the sweet potatoes, but baking them brings out their sweetness and creates a different texture

Ingredients

-Sweet potato -Olive oil -Salt

Instructions

1. Leave the skin on for optimal texture, taste, & nutrition, just wash the potato first.

2. You can cut the potatoes into any shape, but my favorite is this sort of wedge shape where you spin the potato while you cut off incline shapes (picture included). This way you get soft on the inside, but crisp edges.

4. Season with salt and thorough olive oil.

5. Bake at 400F for 20-40 min until crispy
