Ingredients
skinless pork belly, cut into chunks
Soy, dark soy, fish sauce, sugar, chix bouillon
Hard boiled eggs
Tina:
Pork butt. Cut into chunks for instapot or slices for stovetop. s/p and fish sauce marinade
Sauté with dark soy, sugar, fish sauce, sweet on, garlic
Instructions
Boil eggs, peel eggs
Wash meat in water by hand
In pot: saute minced garlic, julienned ginger, sliced onion
Add pork
Add 1T soy, 2T fish sauce, 1T dark soy, 2T sugar, 1T chicken boillon, pepper
Add eggs, let simmer til meat is tender
Add water going to mix up with that one later when we go to finish garlic paste
