Snickerdoodle Cupcakes with Cinnamon Swirl Frosting by bluey

Ingredients

209 grams all-purpose flour 1/2 teaspoon baking powder 1/4 teaspoon baking soda 1/2 teaspoon salt 113 grams butter, softened + 200 grams granulated sugar 1 egg 60 grams sour cream/yogurt/mayo 180 ml milk 1 tablespoon vanilla extract 100 grams sugar + 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon

Instructions

Add dry ingredients to one bowl.
Cream butter and sugar, then add rest of wet ingredients.
Sprinkle with cinnamon sugar topping.

Frost with Cinnamon-Swirl Frosting.

Bake 350 degrees, 19-21 minutes, til 190-210 internally.
Makes 12 cupcakes.
