Ingredients
1 tablespoon salt
lemon pepper
16 ounces angel hair pasta
½ cup dry white wine (Sauvignon Blanc or Pinot Grigio)
5 tablespoons unsalted butter
3 tablespoons coarsely chopped fresh parsley
3 tablespoons coarsely chopped fresh basil
3 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese, optional
Crushed red pepper flakes
Garlic

Instructions
Cook pasta
Add butter to a skillet over medium heat and let it melt
Add in garlic & wine. Let it cook for about a minute, stirring often so the butter becomes infused with the garlic flavor
Remove 1/3 cup of pasta water and set aside
Strain pasta and return to pot
Add the butter, parsley, and basil and toss with tongs. Add some of the pasta cooking water to thicken
Season with salt, lemon pepper, & squeeze of lemon
