Pizza Dough (No Knead, Quick) by bluey

Recipe "Quick No-Knead Pizza Dough" @ Mashed.

Ingredients

750ml warm water (109-115 degrees) 4 teaspoons active dry yeast 120g honey 60g olive oil 2 teaspoons salt 960g all purpose flour

Instructions

Heat water, add to yeast and honey. Let foam, 5 minutes.
Add olive oil and salt.
Mix for 5 minutes, rest for 10 minutes.
Divide into two pieces and spread out onto greased baking sheets.
Parbake at 450 degrees for 10 minutes.
Top when ready. Bake another 12 minutes.
(Split dough, refrigerate half in 4 containers until next week,but knead some dough into it after 3 days.)
