Halloumi, Bacon and Chicken Wraps by zoehayesuk

Ingredients

Any combination of: One pack of Chorizo One block of halloumi One pack of bacon 1/2 Chicken breasts per person One tin of chickpeas One pack of wraps One tin of sweetcorn Sour cream / mayo / hummus Tortilla Chips Seasoning: To be measured with your heart! Paprika, Dunn's River all purpose seasoning, Mixed herbs, Chicken seasoning, oregano. Optional: Whatever salad is wanted and cheddar cheese for on top

Instructions

Start by placing chickpeas on a baking tray and covering in olive oil and seasoning. Place in the oven to roast at 180-200 degrees celcius. Check after 15 minutes to stir, then every 5-10 minutes after this.
Dice the bacon and/or chorizo and shallow fry until cooked.
Dice the chicken and shallow fry until cooked through in the same pan that the bacon/chorizo was cooked in. Add any seasoning and cook/stir until the seasoning is fully coating the chicken without being chalky/powdery.
Dice the halloumi/cut into strips.
Use a separate pan / clean pan to cook the halloumi. Ensure that there is enough oil so the halloumi is never dry. If you are worried about the halloumi being dry, you can place it in boiling water for 15 minutes prior to cooking.
