Creamy Cheesy Beef Enchiladas by
Ingredients
1 lb Ground Beef
1 Packet of Taco Seasoning
1 Can of Rotel
1 Block of Cream Cheese
1 Packet of McCormick Enchilada Sauce
1 14oz Can of Tomato Sauce
2 Cups Shredded Cheese
8-10 Flour Tortillas
Instructions
Brown ground beef, add taco seasoning, rotel, and cream cheese. (Do not add water) Bring to a simmer so that the cream cheese melts and then set aside. Make enchilada sauce according to packet but adding a little more than half the can of tomato sauce.
Start your enchiladas by folding the meat mixture into each tortilla and placing them in a greased 9x13 dish. Pour the enchilada sauce over the top of the tortillas, and then cover with the shredded cheese.
Bake in the oven at 350 degrees for 25 minutes.
