Biscuits and Gravy Casserol by
Ingredients
1 can flaky biscuits (Grands is what I used)
1/2 lb ground breakfast sausage
3 T Flour
1/2 t salt
1 t black pepper
2 1/2 C milk
Instructions
1. Spray a small casserole dish with cooking spray
2. Slice biscuits into quarters. Layer half the biscuits in the bottom of the dish.
3. Bake in preheated oven 400 for about 10 mins.
4 While biscuits are cooking, cook the breakfast sausage in a pan over med heat.
5. Drain and sprinkle flour on top of meat.
6. Stir until the flour is absorbed.
7. Add the milk, salt and pepper, stir til combined.
8. Low boil til gravy thickens add more milk in needed.
9. Pour gravy over biscuits and place the remainder of the biscuits on top and bake for about 25 mins until golden brown.
