healthy banana,oat and peanut butter muffins by lara20

Ingredients

• 1 ripe banana (mashed) • 1⁄4 cup wholemeal rolled oats • 3 tablespoons peanut butter • 1 weetabix mixed with 30 ml of water • 1 tablespoon honey • 1⁄4 teaspoon mixed spice • 1 egg white

Instructions

In a microwavable bowl melt the peanut butter for 30 seconds,then add mashed banana,oats,honey,weetabix,mixed spice and egg white. Mix until well combined. Place in a lined muffin tin and bake in oven for 30–35 minutes on 180°c.
