Ingredients

-550g plain flour -2.5g salt -300ml warm water -30ml olive oil -300g lettuce -1 large carrot -50g cream cheese, to taste -20g salt+pepper -50g butter, to taste -30g cheddar -30g parsely -100g chicken

Instructions

-prepare the filo pastry with the flour, water and oil
-chop up the carrot and lettuce, julienne style
-grate the butter annd add to the lettuce mix
-add the cheddar and cream cheese to the mix
-add the salt and pepper to the mix
-add water to mix
-add the mix to the filo pastry, after stretching it out
-fold into a spring roll
