Freeze and Save Pasta by
Ingredients
2 Aluminum Loaf Pans
1 Box of whole grain pasta (your choice)
1 Container of Pasta Sauce (your choice)
1 Ib of Ground Turkey
1 C of shredded Mozzarella Cheese
1 medium zucchini
*You can add any vegetables or have none at all*
Instructions
1. Cook turkey meat and add zucchini once turkey is almost cooked. Cook on medium heat for about 5 min.
2. Cook Pasta
3. Add pasta sauce to meat mixture and let simmer until pasta is ready.
4. Spray aluminum loaf pans with non stick cooking spray
5. Layer pasta, then sauce, then cheese. Repeat. Do this is both loaf pans.
5. Top with parmesan cheese (optional)
6. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 min
Let cool and cover with foil. Freeze until ready to eat.
Reheat at 350 for 1 hour
