Ingredients

1 large head of cabbage - finely shredded 1 medium bell pepper - finely chopped 1 medium sweet onion - finely chopped 2 carrots - grated Dressing: 1 Cup sugar 1 tsp. salt 2/3 Cup vegetable oil 1 tsp. dry mustard 1 Cup Cider Vinegar 1 tsp celery seed

Instructions

Combine dressing ingredients in a saucepan.
Bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring until sugar dissolves.
Remove from heat.

Shred, chop and grate vegetables.
Pour dressing over and toss well.
Cover and Chill well.

Serves 8-10.
