Carrot and Coriander Soup by Radhi

Ingredients

Carrot - 2 Coriander stalks and some leaves - handful Butter Bayleaf Pepper whole Pepper powder Grated Ginger Cornflour Pepper Salt

Instructions

Heat butter and then add bayleaf, grated ginger and the cut pieces of carrot and coriander leaves. Add whole pepper and salt. Saute for some time and then add 4-5 cups of water and let the carrots cook.
Once cooked, remove the bayleaf, and take out only the veggies and blend them well. Add them back to the pan, add salt and pepper as required. Add cornflour mixed with water to thicken (optional).
