1 lbs Ground Beef 1 Egg 1 Cup of Breadcrumbs 1 Tb. Spoon of Chicken Broth 1 Teaspoon of Cumin ½ Tb. Spoon of Salt 1 Teaspoon of Pepper ¼ Cup Parmesan Cheese

Form the balls with an ice cream scooper, if wanted add a cube of Schafskäse in the center. Put oil in the pan, make sure to cover the entire bottom, add Meatballs, and cook on 3 with a cover on.
