Mac & cheese meatloaf casserole by Alissaxshafer

Ingredients

1 cup ketchup 2 cups pasta 1 cup sweet baby Ray's hickory and brown sugar bbq sauce 2lbs ground beef 30 ritz crackers 1 packet Lipton onion soup mix 2 eggs 1/4 cup milk 10.5oz condensed cheddar cheese soup 4 cups shredded mozzarella & cheddar cheese blend 1 tsp salt 1 tsp pepper 1 tbsp garlic powder 1 tbsp onion pepper 1 tbsp minced onion

Instructions

Preheat oven to 350°

Mix ketchup & bbq sauce in a bowl and set aside

Combine ground beef, crushed ritz crackers, onion soup mix, eggs, and half of the ketchup/bbq mixture in a large bowl

Mix well and press into baking dish

Spread remaining ketchup/bbq mixture on top of meatloaf

Bake for 30 minutes

Cook pasta Al dente and drain

Which together milk, condensed cheddar cheese soup, salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika in a pot over medium heat

Stir in 2 cups of shredded cheese and pasta

Remove meatloaf from oven and pour mac & cheese mixture on top and sprinkle with remaining cheese

Bake for 20 minutes

Broil for 5 or until cheese is browned
