Makes : 1.2 cup of powder

Ingredients:

Onion Powder - 1.5 tsp
Garlic Powder - 1.5 tsp
Coriander Powder - 1.5 tsp
Chilli Powder - 1 tsp
Turmeric Powder - 1/2 tsptt
Cumin Powder - 1 tsp
Fenugreek Powder (methi dana powder)- 1/4 tsp
Ginger Powder - 1/2 tsp
Garam Masala Powder - 1/2 tsp
Sugar - 1 tblspn
Red Chilli Flakes - 2 tsp (optional)
Salt - 1.5 tsp
Cornflour - 1 tsp
Citric Acid - 1/2 tsp
Amchoor Powder - 1/2 tsp
Tomato Powder or Tomato Soup Powder - 1.5 tblspn

Instructions

Method:

Take all the ingredients in a blender and pulse few times to it is completely mixed up.

Store this in a air tight container in fridge.
