Mexican Spinach Dip by Jonathan

Ingredients

8oz cream cheese, softened 1/3 cup sour cream 1 jalapeno, seeded and chopped fine 2 10oz cans Rotel, drained 1/2 small onion, chopped fine 10oz frozen spinach, thawed and squeezed dry 3 cups sharp cheddar cheese, shredded 1 tsp salt 1/2 tsp chili powder 1/2 tsp ground cumin

Instructions

Preheat oven to 350. Grease 8-inch square baking dish. Bake for about 30 minutes.
