Caramel Pecan Cheese Dip by

Ingredients

1 pkg (8oz) cream cheese, softened *
1/4 cup caramel ice cream topping
1/2 cup chopped pecans, toasted **
1 cup chopped Apple (optional)
1 cup whipped topping, thawed

* soften cream cheese in microwave on high for 15-20 seconds
** to toast pecans, spread evenly on baking sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 5-10 mins
or until light golden brown, stirring once or twice.

Instructions

Stir together cream cheese and ice cream topping in medium bowl.
Stir in pecans.
Fold in Apple and whipped topping.

Serve with crackers.
