Brownie:
3/4 cup margarine, melted
2 Tbsp honey
4 eggs (beaten 1 at a time)
1/2 cup chocolate syrup
1 cup all-purpose flour
1 cup milky way bars, cut in 1/8" pieces
Topping:
1 (8 oz.) cool whip
1/4 cup honey
1/4 cup cocoa powder

Brownie: Beat margarine, honey, eggs 1 at a time, chocolate syrup & flour.

Pour half of mixture in a 13 x 9 x 2 inch baking pan. Place milky way bars over the brownie mixture. Pour the remaining brownie mixture over the candies.

Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes.

Cool completely.

Topping: Mix cool whip, honey & cocoa.

Spread over brownie mixture

Decorate.
