Kapuśniak (sauerkraut soup) by

Tags: easy

It's a sour soup - a good alternative for tomato soup.

Instead of sausage, you can use also pork ribs - just spice them and fry before adding to soup. For better taste use homemade bullion.

In case of this soup, potatoes have to be boiled in separate pot - cause in sour water they need much more time to get tender.
