Ingredients

- pork ham minced: 400 g
- onion: 1 medium
- lard (for frying): 1-2 tbsp
- salt (1-1.5 tsp), pepper and spices mix for pork
- optionally, for a bit different taste: corn flour
- optionally, to enlarge the amount of food: breadcrumbs and 1 egg

For different taste:
- stuffing: 2 medium (or 3 small) cherry peppers, 1 medium onion, breadcrumbs and 1 egg
- spices: salt (1-1.5 tsp), pepper, wild garlic, smoked paprika
- covering: flour

Instructions

1. Chop the onion and mix with meat.
2. To "cheat" the meatballs (to prepare more of them from the same amount of meat), add egg and some breadcrumbs.
3. Add spices and mix it.
4. Shape it into balls (there should be about 8 - 12 balls). For easier frying they can be a bit flat (more an UFO than a ball).
5. If you want to change the taste a bit, cover each ball with corn flour.
6. Heat up the lard (or oil) on the pan and fry meatballs on all sides.

Serve with potatoes and some salad: beetroot salad or mizeria.
