Ingredients

- parboiled rice: 150 g dry
- chicken breast: 100 g
- shrimps: 100 g
- frozen vegetables (beans, peas and corn, optionally carrot): 210 g
- olive oil
- turmeric
- salt
- chilli (spice)
- sweet plum sauce: 1 tsp
- poppy seed: 1 tsp
- lime juice: 1 tsp
- soya sauce: 1 tsp
- sesame seed: 1 tsp
- paprika
- sesame oil (optional)

Instructions

1. Rinse the rice and fry it in oil for 1-2 minutes.
2. Boil the rice in salted water with turmeric. It's important to not overcook it, cause then it will get too sticky.
3. Chop chicken and shrimps into small pieces. Keep them separately.
4. Spice the chicken with salt, chilli, sweet plum sauce and cover with poppy seeds.
5. Spice shrimps with lime juice, chilli, soya sauce and cover with sesame seeds.
6. Fry the chicken until ready.
7. Fry shrimps until ready. Sprinkle it with sesame oil.
8. Cut beans and carrots into smaller pieces.
9. Spice vegetables with salt and paprika. Fry them in oil until ready.
10. Mix rice with vegetables. Put chicken and shrimps on the top.
