*1 1b. ground beef
*1 larged onion
*2 Tablespoons flour
*garlic salt to taste
*1 small can of mushrooms (juice and all)
*1 can cream of mushroom soup

Brown beef, onion and flour and garlic salt. Add rest of ingredients and heat. Add one pint of sour cream and heat just enough to serve.
