Chicken "nuggets" to add to a variety of dishes by

Ingredients

3-4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
1 C all purpose flour
salt
pepper
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon paprika

Instructions

You can add this to just about anything....salad, fettuccine, fried rice, pad thai, etc...

Remove any veins from the chicken breast, cube up (I go small, maybe 3/4 inch). Toss dry ingredients together and mix up with chicken. Fry up in skillet with about 4 Tablespoons of oil, about 8-10 minutes. Dry on paper towels and add to your dish of choice.
