1 6 oz pkg semi-sweet chocolate chips
1/2 cup butter
1 1/2 cup flour
1 cup sugar
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp vanilla
1/4 tsp salt
2 eggs
1 cup chopped nuts (optional)
4 dozen mini-marshmallows

1. Heat 1/2 chocolate chips and butter over low heat till melted. Cool.
2. Preheat oven to 400.
3. mix remaining chocolate chips, chocolate mixture, and remaining ingredients except marshmallows.
4. Drop by rounded teaspoons 2 inches apart onto ungreased cookie sheet.
5. Press a marshmallow in center of each.
6. Bake until almost no indentation remains when touched - 8 minutes.
7. Immediately remove from cookie sheet.
