Do you know that a person can actually indulge and lose? Yep, are you mostly sedentary, or are you just an all-time slacker yet you want to lose weight? Well, good news ladies and gentlemen, your wish is my command! You can actually lose weight by eating the ‘right’ type of food and not worry bout weight gain. How is that possible? This is because this food boosts the metabolism rate, and is harder to digest. Moreover it contains only a small amount of calorie per cup; therefore, you’ll feel full in just few amounts of calories, and it will also have a negative-calorie effect, which is vital in weight loss, since you will need more calories than it contains for digestion. One trick though, this recipe works best with ‘unsweetened’ tea and ‘no-rice’ meal. NUTRITIONAL BENEFITS 1.) Broccoli- contains few amounts of calories 2.) Tuna- filled with good fats (omega 3) and if serving is controlled, you are also controlling your calorie intake; moreover, seafood is also known to be a belly-fat burner food. 3.) Ingredients

Ingredients:
One full broccoli
An extremely petite serving of tuna filled with omega 3 (preferably: century tuna lite)
Half a TEASPOON olive oil
Cook cook all the way~~~~~~~~

Instructions

PROCEDURE:
1.)Steam the broccoli using mineral water till it turns dark green (approximately: 20 minutes)
2.)Whilst doing the first procedure, heat up your tuna and make sure you use only a very petite serving. (approximately;- I tbsp and a half)
3.)Once both are done, fry your steamed broccoli using olive oil. (if you don’t have olive oil, you may leave it steamed and not fried. Don’t use other types of oil)
4.)Now mix your serving of tuna and broccoli in a way that your tuna becomes a sauce into your broccoli.
