2 eggs
chopped onion
chopped green pepper
meat: ham, chicken, or beef (whatever you prefer)
shedded cheese
salt and pepper to taste
large dutch oven with boiling water
zip lock bag

2 eggs

boil water
take zip lock bag and place it in large coffee cup opened
crack 2 eggs and put in zip lock bag
add all other ingredients
close zip lock getting all air out of it
mix ingredients together by squeezing the bag
place bag in boiling water for exactly 13 minutes
