Kale Chips by

Ingredients

Kale
Olive Oil
Sea Salt

Instructions

Cut/rip the kale into pieces.

Put the kale pieces into a bowl and pour in some olive oil, stir until they are coated.

Put the chips onto a baking tray that is lined with baking paper and crack salt over the top of the chips.

Bake them for around 10 minutes in an oven that was 180 degrees.

Watch these closely after around 5 minutes. When they look a bit darker that seemed to be when they were crunchy.
