4 yolk eggs (yellow part) - yemas de huevo
100 gr sugar - azucar
500 gr or 500 ml whipping milk - crema de leche para postres
Vanila flavour - escencia vainilla

Dark chocolate, caramel, nuts, almonds, anything nice.
Chop these ingredients.
Chocolate oscuro, caramelo, nueces o almendras, o cualquier adicional picados en pedacitos

Servings: 6 people. Aprox 1 litro helado
Eggs and sugar can be replaced with condensed milk, 1 large can
Yema de huevos y azucar se puede reemplazar con leche condensada

Mix yolks with sugar to get a clear yellow white creamy solution
Mix the cream milk until it gets creamy, do not let it warm up, form stiff peaks
Add the other pieces of chocolate and the mixed eggs.

Keep in frizzer at least 5 hours

Batir las yemas con el azucar hasta formarlo cremoso y color claro
Batir la crema de leche hasta que este esponjosa, no demorarlo mucho que pierda el frio
Adicionar todo lo demas.

Enfriar por 5 horas al menos, en congelador
