6 slices of fresh tomato

200 g green long peppers cut in strips

5 g oregano

100 g extra virgin olive oil

5 g red chili pepper mixture

Place the feta cheese on a piece of aluminium foil and top it with sliced tomatoes, green pepper, red chilli pepper mixture, oregano and olive oil.

Fold the aluminium foil like an envelope and grill it in the oven until the feta cheese is soft.
3.

Serve placing the aluminium foil with the bougiourdi on a plate unfolding the corners.
