The best grilled cheese you'll ever eat by

*This recipe is written for one person, you may double it if needed.*

Ingredients

2 slices whole wheat bread
2 tablespoons salted butter, softened
2 slices mozzarella cheese, pepper jack cheese, monterey cheese,and colby jack cheese.
1 small onion, chopped
1/2 bunch fresh basil. chopped
1 small tomato
4 slices bacon, cooking and chopped
1 tablespoon olive oil
Pinch of salt and pepper

Instructions

1)Set pan to a medium-low heat. Add oil and onions. Sautee for 8-10 minutes or until golden brown, occasionally stirring to prevent burning, then stir in salt and pepper.
2)Butter the top and bottom of the bread with butter. Add both slices of mozzarella, pepper jack, monterey, and colby jack cheese. Then add half of the sautéed onions, basil, 2 slices tomato, and bacon. Cook on pan for 1-3 minutes on both sides, or until golden brown.
3)Take off pan once finished and cut at a angle for a nice presentation.
4)Serve with one of my delicious soups and enjoy!
