Catalina Pork Tenderloin by

Makes 4 servings. Great with hot cooked rice and grilled veggies

Ingredients

1/4 cup Kraft Catalina Dressing
1 1lb pork tenderloin
1 tsp chili powder
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp dry mustard
1/2 tsp paprika
1/4 tsp thyme
1 tablespoon honey

Instructions

Brush 2 tbsp of the dressing over pork. Mix dry ingredients; rub into pork. Let stand 10 minutes or refrigerate up to 24 hours to marinate.
Preheat grill to medium heat. Place pork on grill; cover. Grill 20 minutes turning occasionally.
Mix remaining dressing and honey and brush over pork while continuing to grill 5 to 10 more minutes until pork is cooked through (160 degrees F) Let stand, covered with foil for 5 minutes before serving.
