Christmas Eggs by

Ingredients

1 pound sausage
1/4 cup chopped onion
3 tbls. butter (melted)
12 eggs-beaten
1 can mushrooms (drained)
1 recipe cheese sauce--2 tbls. butter
2 tbls. flour
1/2 teas. salt
1/8 teas. pepper
2 cups milk
Mix together and cook until bubbly and then add-
1 cup shredded American cheese
Topping: 4 teas. melted butter
3 slices fresh bread-crumbled

Instructions

Beat the first ingredients together and pour into 9x13 greased pan.

Put Topping on top of egg mixture.

Then cook the cheese sauce and pour over top.

Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.

Servings: 8
