Spinach Artichoke dip by

Ingredients

1 canned artichoke hearts
16 oz sour cream
1 block of cream cheese
2 cloves of garlic
3 small diced jalapeņos
1 stick of butter
10 oz of frozen spinach (thawed and dried)
1.5 cups of grated parmesan cheese

Instructions

Cook in large pot on stove top
Med heat first melt butter, cream cheese and sour cream. Stir often.
Add parmesan cheese
Add garlic and jalapeņos
Chop artichokes
Add spinach

Simmer and stir 5 to 10 minutes and serve.
