White chocolate-Cranberry cheesecake by

Ingredients

1 1/4 c Oreo Baking Crumbs
1/4 c butter, melted
3 pkg. (8oz EACH) Cream cheese, softened
3/4 c sugar
3 eggs
4 sq. Baker's White Chocolate, melted
1/2 c dried cranberries
1 tsp grated orange peel
2 Tbsp Cool Whip

Instructions

Combine crumbs with butter. Press firmle onto bottom of 9" springform pan

Beat cream cheese and sugar in large bowl with electric mixer on medium speed until well blended. Add eggs, one at a time, mixing just until blended after each addition. Stire in chocolate, cranberries and orange peel; pour over crust

Bake at 350F for 45-50 min. or until center is almost set if using a silver springform pan. (Or bake at 325F for 45-50 min. if using a dark springform pan.) Cool completely, then refrigerate 3 hr or overnight. Garnish with thawed Cool Whip, orange slices and additional dried cranberries.
