Tzatziki by

Ingredients

1 seedless Cucumber
2 cloves garlic
2 T. fresh dill
2 T. white wine vinegar
16 oz. plain Greek yogurt
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. black pepper

Instructions

Peel cucumber and dice half of it. Add undiced half to blender along with garlic, dill, and vinegar and blend until smooth. Whisk mixture into yogurt with salt and pepper. Fold in diced cucumber.
