Chile Con Queso Dip by

Ingredients

1 lb. Velvetta cheese, cubed
1 (8 oz.) jar salsa OR
1 (10oz.) can diced tomatoes and green chiles, drained
2 tbsp. chopped cilantro

Instructions

1. In saucepan, stire cheese and salsa (or tomatoes and green chilies) over low heat until cheese melts.
2. Stir in cilantro.
3. Serve hot with tortillo chips or broiled green, red, or yellow pepper wedges. Yield 3 cups.
