Zabaglione (zah-Bahl-YOH-nay) (Karen) by
Fresh berries (I used 2 packages each blueberries, raspberries and strawberries.)
1 cup champagne
4 large egg yolks
1 large egg
large egg yolks
Combine and cook in the top of a double boiler over simmering water until mixture thickens, whisking vigorously, approximately 7 minutes. Pour over mixed berries.
