1 dark chocolate cake mix
3 T oil
16 oz cream cheese, softened
1/2 c sugar
4 eggs
1 1/2 c milk
1 t vanilla
2 1/2 c cool whip
shaved chocolate

Preheat oven to 300. Reserve 1 c of cake mix. In large bowl, combine remaining cake mix, 1 egg and oil. Press into 13x9" prepared pan and 3/4 up sides. Blend cream cheese, 3 eggs, and cake mix. Beat 1 minute at medium speed. At low speed add milk and vanilla. Mix until smooth. Bake 55-65 minutes. When cool top with cool whip and shaved chocolate.
