Dice carrots, onions, celery sauté and let cool
Take cream cheese (room temperature)
Use imitation or real crab meat and grated parmesan cheese
Combine 1-3 and add salt and pepper to taste and add clarified butter (optional)
Stuff mushrooms and bake
