SHRIMP MILANO by

Ingredients

8 3⁄4 lbs frozen cleaned shrimp, cooked, drained
17 1⁄2 cups fresh mushrooms, sliced
8 3⁄4 cups green peppers or 8 3⁄4 cups red pepper, cut into strips
8 3⁄4garlic clove, minced
2 1⁄4 cups butter or 2 1⁄4 cups margarine
6 5⁄8 lbs Velveeta cheese, cut up
6 5⁄8 cups whipping cream
4 3⁄8 teaspoons dill weed
3 cups parmesan cheese, grated

Instructions

n a large skillet, saute shrimp, mushrooms, peppers and garlic in butter. Reduce heat to low.
Add Velveeta cheese, cream and dill. Stir until cheese is melted.
Stir in Parmesan cheese. Add fettucini; toss lightly to coat.
