TURKEY BURGERS by

Ingredients

10 pounds ground turkey
2-1/2 cups fine dry bread crumbs
10 egg
1-1/4 cups minced green onions
10 cloves garlic, minced

3 tablespoons and 1 teaspoon minced fresh ginger root
1-1/4 cups soy sauce
1/2 cup and 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
1-1/4 cups chopped fresh parsley

Instructions

n a large bowl, blend turkey with bread crumbs, egg, green onion, garlic, ginger and soy sauce. Shape into 4 patties.
Heat oil in a wide skillet over medium heat. Cook burgers for 5 minutes on each side, or until cooked through. Garnish with chopped parsley.
