Tortilla Soup by

Ingredients
1 lb. of Chicken Breast
1 tbs of Chili Powder
1 small white onion
1 can of diced tomatoes with Chili's
3 cloves of fresh garlic
2 cans of Cream of Cheddar soup
1 32 oz Chicken Broth
2 cans Cream of Chicken
1 Can Cream of Celery
8 oz of shredded Cheddar Cheese

crunchy tortilla strips

oz of shredded Cheddar Cheese
Instructions
Dice onion. Combine all of the ingredients into a crock pot. Press the cloves into the crock pot. Cook on high for 4 hours or low for 6 hours. Once the chicken is cooked, take it out of the crock pot and shred. Place shredded chicken back into the crock pot. Add an 8 oz bag of shredded Cheddar Cheese, and allow it to melt. Serve with crunch tortilla strips, sour cream and shredded cheese. Freeze any remaining soup for another time.
