Fried Kimchi Udon by

Ingredients

- Frozen udon (1 packet)
- Garlic ( 1/4 clove)
- Onion ( 1/4 )
- Cooking oil ( 1 tablespoon)
- Kimchi ( 1/2 cup)
- Soy sauce ( 2 tablespoons)
- *optional* Seaweed (as garnish)

Instructions

First, cook the udon in boiling water.
Drain udon when finished and set aside in a plate.

Next, heat up the oil in a frying pan and add in chopped onions and garlic.
Stir fry ingredients for 1-2 minutes.

Add in the kimchi and udon in the pan and mix well

After a few minutes, add in soy sauce.

And you're done! :)
