Chicken Shish Kabobs by

Ingredients

chicken breasts, cut into cubes
veggies (bell peppers, cherry tomatoes, mushrooms, etc.)
1/2 cup soy sauce
4 tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp parsley
1 tsp basil
1/4 pepper onion powder
1/4 tsp pepper
dash of garlic salt

Instructions

Mix all ingredients together. Place chicken and veggies on skewers. Grill until chicken is completely cooked.

*Great w/ white rice mixed w/ a little soy sauce
